The 1923 Prohibition Bar, located in Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, is delivering bayou vibes to the Las Vegas Strip with its New Orleans (NOLA) Nights on Friday and Saturday nights in January. NOLA Nights features live music by Troy Romzek and burlesque dancers. VIP table seating is available for four guests and six guests, with the VIP package including two drinks per person, a digital group photo, and a personal shout-out from Romzek.

The bourbon-centric speakeasy is open seven nights a week to the public and always features live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 pm-midnight. It’s also a fun and unique venue for corporate events, team building, and other group functions with an impressive selection of bourbons and signature, barrel-aged specialty cocktails served up in a classy atmosphere. Maple-bacon old fashioneds, mint juleps, brandy milk punch, Tommy Gun Basil Fizzes, and pineapple chipotle mules are among the options found on the menu.

Private Events

The full venue can be booked for up to 300 guests, while the lounge, parlor room, and state room hold groups of 40 to 210.

Tying into an era known for live jazz and cabaret, 1923 Prohibition Bar offers groups an array of entertainers ranging from celebrity impersonators, magicians, mentalists, and comedians to jazz bands, singers, burlesque dancers, and DJs.
