The 9-acre Mattel Adventure Park will open later this year on the grounds of the VAI Resort in Glendale, Arizona. Nostalgic grownup groups making a visit might take in the Hot Wheels Twin Mill Racer roller coaster and the Barbie Dream Closet experience that brings Barbie to life using holograms, or chase team members around with lasers at He-Man vs. Skeletor Laser Tag from the movie series “Masters of the Universe.” Group rates are available, and spaces such as The Barbie Rooftop restaurant and bar can be reserved for gatherings.
