Patio Views and Steakhouse Dining at Carversteak Las Vegas

Large terrace provides three options for indulging in food, beverage, and big views.

Groups can enjoy a steakhouse experience while savoring the outdoors and taking in the lights and action of the Las Vegas Strip at Carversteak. Located at Resorts World Las Vegas, the restaurant features a sweeping 3,500-square-foot terrace complete with a bar, dining, and lounge gardens.

The North and South Patios and Garden Bar carry the restaurant’s midcentury modern vibe outdoors, and all three areas can be reserved for large group gatherings and special events. Comfortable and stylish outdoor furniture is paired with teak, terrazzo, and custom marquetry bistro tables to complete the look.

The 13,500-square-foot restaurant can host 15 to 500 in private spaces or in total. Additional private dining options include the The Knife Shop and Whiskey Room.

While the space is key, the culinary delights are the stars of the show. Japanese, Australian, and domestic Wagyu and dry-aged American steaks are highlights on the menu created by Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros, along with classic steakhouse staples made from seasonal ingredients, a variety of vegan options, and decadent desserts. The beverage selection by mixologist Francesco Lafranconi includes contemporary interpretations of classic cocktails, an extensive wine list, and a curated whiskey collection.

Carver Road Hospitality launched Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas in December 2021 as the reimagining of a classic steakhouse experience and plans to open Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas this June. The company is headquartered locally with additional offices in Miami and New York City.
