Vici Properties Inc. acquired all land and real estate assets associated with The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and The Venetian Convention Center & Expo Las Vegas for $4 billion. The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, built in phases since 1999, features three hotel towers, 1.1 million square feet of meeting facilities, 225,000 square feet of gaming space, and a variety of amenities including The Paiza Club, Canyon Ranch spa, and several theaters. The Venetian Convention Center & Expo is one of the largest trade show and convention facilities in the United States, with 1.2 million square feet of space.
