The on-site adventure program at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino has unveiled its 2023 schedule of fair-weather wellness experiences for groups. Located in Incline Village, Nevada, on the shore of North Lake Tahoe, the property offers everything from archery classes to yin stretch yoga.
The waterfront resort is situated in the Sierra Nevada, making it an ideal launchpad for hikes suitable for various abilities and adventure appetites. For example, one trail follows Lake Tahoe to Monkey Rock, a granite boulder that is a favorite local backdrop for photos. Or consider the Chickadee Ridge Hike that has big meadow views and chickadee birds that eat seeds right out of your hands.
Groups can organize private outings and classes or have attendees join in scheduled activities. The wellness menu also includes 30-minute Floating Movement and Meditation sessions in the resort’s heated pool located in the Water Gardens, a lush atmosphere with calming streams. Once in the water, participants start with breathing practices, continue into light stretches and easy yoga poses, and end with floating meditation.

In addition to these wellness experiences for groups in Tahoe, on-site activities include the 25,000-square-foot Grand Lodge Casino, 20,000-square-foot Stillwater Spa and Salon with 16 treatment rooms, and eight restaurants and bars.

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe can host a wide range of groups with more than 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and 422 guestrooms, including 32 suites and 24 lakeside cottages. In addition to the Water Gardens, outdoor venues include the Lakeside Cottage Green and 500 feet of private beach featuring a 275-foot floating pier and a floating bar. Inside, the Lakeside Ballroom offers the best of both worlds with floor-to-ceiling windows and large, sliding-glass doors that open onto the Lakeside Patio.
