Chicago’s Steak 48 has been awarded a place on OpenTable’s 2019 list of the 100 Best Restaurants in America for a Big Night Out. Scanning more than 12 million reviews from verified diners, the list considered more than 30,000 restaurants across the country. 

Located in the bustling River North neighborhood, an open-concept kitchen, vibrant orange leather booths and elaborate light fixtures create an approachable and lively take on the traditional American steakhouse. Music from then and now fills the restaurant and bar as guests browse a menu packed with USDA prime steaks, seafood and glamorous desserts. 

Another member of Prime Steak Concepts, Steak 44 in Phoenix, Arizona, made the list as well. Both restaurants are owned and operated by the famed Mastro family. These two awards speak to the years of steakhouse success and experience that the Mastro family possesses. 

After a successful venture into the city of Austin back in 2018, Flagship Restaurant Group (FRG) announced the 2020 addition of two concepts, Blue Sushi Sake Grill and Plank Seafood Provisions. Both concepts will be located within The Domain, Austin’s bustling shopping, dining and entertainment development.
