Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club Reveals New Promotion

Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club in southwest Florida will offer “Perks Are In Full Swing Group Promotion” in celebration of its revamped golf course. Available for new program bookings slated for May 21–Oct. 31, 2017, the promotion offers perks for groups that have booked at least 15 rooms on peak nights, with a minimum of two on Sunday–Thursday.

The promotion is available for the two peak nights on any night from Aug. 12–Sept. 9, 2017. To take advantage of the promotion, contract must be signed by April 30, 2017.

Fontainebleau Miami Beach Resort Completes Multiphase Redesign

 The Fontainebleau Miami Beach has just revealed updates to its hotel, including a fresh design for Versailles Tower and updates to the hotel’s poolside cabanas. Jeffrey Beers International, LLC, led the Versailles Tower project while Clausen-Collaborative Interior Design worked on the cabanas.

Pechanga Resort & Casino Complete Executive Suite Remodel

Pechanga Resort & Casino has completed their renovations of 65 of their suites. The AAA Four Diamond resort reinvented 63 of their one-bedroom and executive suites in the Temecula, Calif.-based hotel.

“We reconfigured the suite floor plan to create a more dynamic, interesting and comfortable use of the square footage,” says Ann Fleming, lead designer, Cleo Designs who leaded the redesign. “We needed to make technology capabilities within the suites totally effortless for guests. It now feels completely built-in, like they were there all along.”

Pechanga Resort & Casino Completes Suite Makeover

Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, Calif., has announced the completion of its 65-suite makeover. The AAA Four Diamond resort renovated 63 one-bedroom suites and two executive suites as part of a reinvestment into the property. The Pechanga Tribe’s $285 million resort expansion is slated for completion in December 2017.

On Oct. 25, the Boutique & Lifestyle Lodging Association revealed the BLLA awards at the Gala & Awards Dinner Celebration at The Beverly Hills Hotel. Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa was named the runner-up for Boutique Hotel of the Year.

1000 Islands Harbor Hotel Announces New Sales Manager

Sam Toscano, CMP, has recently been appointed to sales manager for 1000 Island Harbor Hotel in Clayton, N.Y.

Eden Resorts & Suites to Operate Independently

Effective Dec. 1, Eden Resorts & Suites will cease to operate as a Best Western Premier brand and operate independently. This will allow them to enhance the local experience without having to adhere to generic nationwide protocols.

The Lancaster, Pa.-based hotel announced this after completing a 10-year renovation that cost $50 million. The hotel features 300 rooms and suites, two award-winning restaurants, a cocktail lounge, indoor and outdoor pools, and an outdoor recreation complex and expanded fitness center.

Hotel Teatro Recognized as Top Hotel in the West by Condé Nast Traveler; Offers New Package Deal in Response

Hotel Teatro in Denver has been recognized as the top hotel of the 25 Top Hotels in the West from Condé Nast Traveler’s 29th annual Reader’s Choice Awards. In celebration, Hotel Teatro is releasing its Top of Teatro package, where guests can receive unlimited top-shelf champagne and accommodations in The Chancellor Room, the top guestroom, during their stay. The hotel offers 110 guest rooms, 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space, The Nickel, the hotel’s restaurant, and The Study, the hotel’s coffee bar and breakfast lounge.

Omni Hotels & Resorts Announces Updates

Omni Hotels & Resorts is announcing new developments for the hotel. The 16-story hotel is set to open in June 2017, showcasing 300 guest rooms and suites, and 24,000 square-feet of meeting space, including a 13,000-square-foot ballroom. Additionally, Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Gayla Guyse as director of sales and marketing for the Omni Frisco Hotel. Guyse has 20 years of experience working for the Omni Frisco Hotel.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced their new Exclusives and Buyouts program for their guests. The program is aimed to accommodate groups who are coming to the hotel for meetings.
