Texas liquor laws relaxed for the first time since Prohibition in 2013 when Texas legislators passed significant changes to the alcoholic beverage laws that allowed Texas distillers to sell their products directly to consumers in limited quantities. This opened the door for craft-style distilleries to take root and flourish.
