You are getting more and more experience in meeting planning. You’ve booked the venue, the catering, the A/V, and maybe the production company and keynote speakers. You’ve helped set the agenda and timing of events. You’ve written, revised and re-revised the meeting resume and daily operating guide. You’ve got this meeting planning thing down.

Co-founders Michael Heyne and Dominik Stein launched VERTS Mediterranean Grill in 2011 to bring fastcasual Mediterranean food to locations such as Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston. Now the restaurants will provide off-site catering at special events throughout Texas. Offerings include a full Mediterranean buffet for up to 200 people, as well as a boxed lunch for smaller working groups.
For a meeting snack that will fuel the brain, as well as the body, try VERTS pita chip spread.
The NACE Austin annual fundraiser Eat the Heat—on Aug. 13, 2015, at Shoal Crossing Event Center—was a fun-filled evening with local chefs from the top catering companies, restaurants and hotel kitchens, local breweries and wineries, a silent auction, music and other entertainment. The fundraiser proceeds benefit the Foundation of NACE and its local charity partner, Keep Austin Fed.
