Meetings spaces get an updated look at this San Antonio venue.

The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa has completed a transformation of its meeting and event spaces to elevate the resort’s offerings. The renovation includes the on-site Starbucks, exhibit hall, ballroom, and breakout rooms. The resort covers over 265,000 square feet and boasts state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.

The Nelson W. Wolff Exhibit Hall, spanning 40,080 square feet, has been completely transformed. Updates include new carpets, wallpaper, paint, and up-to-date furniture. The Grand Oaks Ballroom, totaling 40,500 square feet, the Cibolo Canyon Ballroom, at 21,120 square feet, and the 19 breakout rooms totaling 20,000 square feet have all received refreshed carpeting. The on-site Starbucks has an expanded beverage counter and refreshed outdoor seating area, so guests can enjoy a comfortable space that overlooks the rolling Texas Hill Country.

An innovative LED panel with digital signs has been installed, enabling organizations and businesses hosting meetings and events to showcase branded messaging and provide essential information and directions to attendees. The LED panel boasts measures approximately 9 feet tall and 6.5 feet wide, showcasing captivating high-definition videos, welcome messages, sponsor slots, and advertisements. The resort’s infrastructure is designed to cater to ever-evolving technological needs, featuring a dual 10-gigabyte backbone, dedicated on-site technology staff, high-speed and reliable wireless capabilities, state-of-the-art fiber optic cabling, and high-definition projection capabilities, making it a premiere location for the modern meeting in a relaxed setting.
