Founded in Calgary, Alberta, in 2011 as a casual food and beverage concept, Craft Beer Market debuted its first U.S. location in Dallas in early April. The outlet is housed in the city’s Preston Center neighborhood and features 500 seats, a rooftop patio, more than 100 brews on tap, and private event offerings.

“Dallas is an exciting market for us, and opening here represents an important next step for the brand,” says PJ L’Heureux, founder of Craft Beer Market, in a prepared statement. “We created a space that’s designed to be versatile and welcoming—whether it’s a quick lunch, rooftop brunch, or large group celebration.” Food options include globally inspired fare like miso salmon, Korean sticky ribs, and crispy salmon sushi, complemented by inventive cocktails like the Strawberry Mezcalrita and the Espresso Shaft. The tap beers feature a lineup of Texas breweries, including Peticolas Brewing Co. and Celestial Beerworks.

Craft Beer Market’s Dallas Preston Center location accommodates groups of up to 500 people, with private dining rooms and full venue buyouts available. The 5,250-square-foot rooftop patio has a full bar and a games area with bocce and cornhole, and the main-floor lounge houses the Craft Beer Market brand’s signature 360-degree bar.
