In late June, the Hilton Anatole in Dallas appointed Mike Kovensky as director of sales and marketing and promoted Henk Jeurink to hotel manager. Kovensky brings more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience to his new role, and Jeurink was the director of food and beverage at the property prior to his promotion.
“These two appointments begin an exciting chapter for the Hilton Anatole,” says Bruce Roy, general manager of the hotel, in a prepared statement. “Mike’s strategic vision and industry expertise, combined with Henk’s operational excellence and deep knowledge of our property, position us for continued success and many dynamic years of excellence, growth, and hospitality leadership in Dallas.”
Kovensky’s experience includes leadership roles at hotels in Fort Lauderdale, Lake Buena Vista, and Miami in Florida, as well as at a luxury senior living community in West Palm Beach, Florida. Prior to his work at Hilton Anatole, Jeurink served as director of food and beverage at the Signia by Hilton San Jose in California; assistant director of food and beverage at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, near Washington, D.C.; and several other roles at properties nationwide.
The Hilton Anatole features 1,610 guest rooms and 600,000 square feet of event space across nine ballrooms and 79 meeting rooms. The Trinity Complex features the 45,000-square-foot Trinity Ballroom, the 9,450-square-foot Trinity Prefunction space, and the 73,000-square-foot Trinity Exhibit Hall. Additional rooms include the Stemmons Ballroom, Cardinal room, Grand Ballroom, and Governors Lecture Hall, among others.
