Texas-bound travelers have five new options for budget flights to the international airport.
Frontier Airlines has announced five new nonstop routes to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) starting in spring 2023. The low-fare carrier will also be opening a new Frontier Airlines crew base at DFW, where it has been the fastest growing carrier since 2019 and the third largest carrier by destinations served.
Beginning in November, travelers can fly Frontier to DFW from Baltimore (BWI); Orange County, California (SNA); New York City (LGA); Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina (RDU); and Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ). The new cities bring Frontier’s direct routes to a total of 19 from the Texas airport.
“Frontier’s consistent growth at DFW is a tremendous success story,” says Daniel Shurz, senior vice president, commercial, Frontier Airlines. “It’s clear DFW will serve a central role in the expansion of our network for years to come. We’re proud of a partnership that promises to foster a positive economic impact for the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.”
