Texans head to Horseshoe Bossier City for an experience full of food, fun, and favorable odds. After closing two years ago, the former Isle of Capri Lake Charles riverboat reopened on land as a 60,000-square-foot casino called Horseshoe Lake Charles last December. Come mid-year, the facility will also introduce an iconic eatery, Gordon Ramsay Steak, for guests to indulge in dry-aged steak. Farther east, the transition from Harrah’s New Orleans to Caesars New Orleans continues, and the luxurious new casino is expected to open in 2024.
