AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center Teamed Up With EventMethod

By M+E Staff

The AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center is working in collaboration with EventMethod, a cloud-based mobile event and engagement management solution, to provide their clients with an innovative tool to help plan their events and engage with their attendees.

EventMethod’s goal is to increase attendance and attendee engagement through helping planner’s plan and manage their events. EventMethod’s solutions include a system to register attendees, market the event through email and social media, build the event schedule, create and implement real-time surveys, manage event sponsorships, track social media conversations and more.

“We are delighted to be working with the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center to provide a full set of technology tools for events booked there,” said Jeff Hook, president and CEO of EventMethod, LLC. “With the venue’s advanced technological facilities, we believe EventMethod will provide an important solution that event organizers can easily use to enhance the overall engagement of conference attendees.”

EventMethod takes advantage of the increased use of mobile devices at meetings and events. Event organizers can adapt to the audience by being efficient in their processes and providing solutions for attendees to navigate through an event and connect with other attendees.

“EventMethod’s integrated mobile engagement solution will maximize the success of our clients’ events,” said Keith Purcell, director of sales and marketing at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. “The easy-to-use technology and ability to analyze ROI and engagement will be an innovative addition to the meeting industry. We look forward to helping our clients utilize this tool.”

The AT&T Executive Education Conference Center recently announced it will expand its conference space with a 15,000-square-foot ballroom paired with 5,500 square feet of pre-function space and a 5,500-square-foot banquet kitchen in the recently approved Robert B. Rowling Hall. Meeting planners can expect to use EventMethod technology at the venue’s new space opening early in 2017.
