By M+E Staff

In it’s 17th year, The Museum of the Southwest’s Christmas at the Mansion is a necessary part of a Texas holiday season. This years theme is “A Black Forest Christmas” and will incorporate Victorian holiday symbols of 19th-century German heritage. German-American artist Thomas Nast is featuring depictions of Santa during the season in an exhibit entitled Thomas Nast’s Winter Scenes, made possible by Debra and Fred Westmoreland.

Christmas at the Museum will be open during normal museum hours from Thursday, Dec. 4 through Sunday, Jan. 4. Entrance is free of charge.
