Four Seasons Hotel Houston was recently awarded the Five Diamond Award. This year, they are the sole hotel representing Texas on the American Automobile Association’s list.
“Being recognized as the only Five Diamond hotel in a state as vast as Texas is an incredible honor,” said Guillherme Costa, general manager. “It truly speaks to a level of service that requires an unrelenting focus on excellence and heartfelt personal attention to each guest. We are proud to represent both Four Seasons and the warm, personal hospitality of Texas on the Five Diamond list in 2015.”
2015 brings the hotel its 19th Five Diamond award. Additionally, the dining establishment, Quattro maintains the AAA Four Diamond award for its 13th year, ranking among the top ten Texas restaurants.
Annually, the AAA reviews over 28,000 hotels and 30,000 restaurants to determine selections. The judging process includes unexpected visits to each establishment for inspections and a panel of experts making final judgments.
Only 121 hotels throughout North American and the Carribean make up the 2015 AAA Five Diamon Award list. The full list can be viewed at Newsroom.aaa.com.
