The Westin Dallas Fort Worth completed a $1.6 million renovation and redesign of its meeting and event space. The 38,000 square feet of space includes 19 meeting rooms and the 10,000-square-foot Trinity Ballroom. With direction from Meeting Planner International (MPI) the ground floor meeting space was consolidated to create a more cohesive and efficient use of space for planners. The spaces were updated to be more modern and contemporary including refreshing all carpet, wall vinyl, art work, paint, wood work and chairs.

As an incentive to book in the new space, meeting professionals who sign an agreement at the hotel before December 31, 2014 will enjoy perks ranging from SPG Starpoints to a Kindle fire depending on the size of the meeting or event.
