UniFocus Added More Than 300 New Client Properties

Unifocus, a workforce management systems provider, recently expanded its hospitality consumer base by 51 new contracts to total 351 new properties within the past six months.

UniFocus’ Survey Solutions products consist of GUESTScope for measuring customer satisfaction, STAFFScope for evaluating employee engagement, MEETINGScope for quantifying meeting planner perceptions and SERVICEScope for appraising service standards. New Survey Solutions clients include: Waterton Residential, TPG Hospitality, CSM Corporation, Destination Hotels & Resorts, Columbia Hospitality, Sodexo Leisure Services, Providence Hospitality Partners, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Trust Hospitality, Capella Hotel Group, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, Chattanooga Convention and Visitors Bureau and Fort Worth Convention & Visitors Bureau.
 
In addition, Hilton Worldwide has added UniFocus’ Labor Management System and Time & Attendance module at 67 properties and Loews Hotels and Resorts has added the two modules at 25 properties. KSL Capital Partners has implemented Time & Attendance, Labor Management System and Survey Solutions at six properties. Trump Hotel Collection now uses Workforce Management and Survey Solutions at all properties. Ocean Properties now uses Time & Attendance at 21 properties, and Delta Hotels & Resorts now uses it at eight properties.
