Blossom Hotel Opens in Houston

Blossom Hotel Houston celebrated its grand opening on February 8 with a unique sand pouring ceremony to symbolize the partnership of various public and private organizations. The opening ceremony was attended by Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, Bob Harvey, executive president and CEO of Greater Houston Partnership, Crystal Webster, district manager of administration for Congressman Al Green and Jason Fuller, Southeast Texas regional director for the office of Senator Ted Cruz 

The 16-story hotel has 267 rooms and more than 9,000 square feet of event space, including Luna Ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and space to accommodate up to 250 guests. Nine additional event spaces are available, as well. Additional amenities include an outdoor rooftop swimming pool and lounge, a fitness center, two on-site restaurants, and a lobby lounge.
