La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa, located on Lake Conroe just northwest of Houston, is offering a special summer rate for meeting planners. Priced at $219 per attendee, the resort’s Complete Meeting Package for summer is available for programs with 10 or more guestrooms, and includes plenty of other perks.
The Complete Meeting Package promotion runs from June 1 through Aug. 31, 2015.
The per-person price includes luxury, all-suite accommodations; breakfast, lunch and dinner in La Torretta’s Conference Center Dining Room; continuous coffee breaks; general session meeting room; standard audio/visual set-up; and waived resort fees.
Meeting planners also will receive a special bonus of 10,000 Stash Rewards Points (for every 100 room nights booked) good for free room nights at over 150 independent hotels in more than 100 cities.
Certified by the International Association of Conference Centers for meeting the highest standards for meeting spaces, La Torretta’s conference center houses 19 conference and meeting rooms including the 9,500-square-foot Americas Ballroom and the lakeside Versailles Ballroom.
Meeting services include a dedicated Conference Services professional, complimentary 4G WiFi Internet access in all meeting spaces, in-house audio-visual assistance and continuous coffee breaks featuring Melitta cappuccinos, warm freshly-baked cookies and fruit displays.
