Accommodations: The 400-acre property features a 431-room hotel with villas. Recreational facilities include indoor and outdoor tennis, jogging tracks, racquetball, fitness center, restaurants, three swimming pools and childcare center. The resort is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and “Environmental Leader in Golf” award winner. There are 35 bluebird nest boxes around the course and 42 acres of native grasses and wildflowers that provide critical habitat for butterflies, bees and other wildlife. The course is also a Certified Ground Water Guardian Green Site, using reclaimed water to irrigate both golf courses.
Event space: 84,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, including a two-level 34,000-square-foot conference center with 31 multipurpose function rooms. There are two private dining rooms at the on-site restaurants, as well as the option for a full buyout.
