Tru by Hilton established itself this summer as the fasted-growing brand in history with 13 new properties opened in 11 states between June and August of this year.
The newly-opened properties include the first Tru by Hilton hotels in Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, South Carolina and South Dakota, as well as outdoor adventure hot-spot locations in South Dakota near Mount Rushmore and Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Tru by Hilton has made a point to design locations in order to better fit the needs and expectations of both business and leisure visitors.
Amenities include a 2,880-square-foot lobby with areas for guests to work or relax, and a market with gourmet snacks and drinks- including single-serve wine and beer. Tru by Hilton locations also offer complimentary LavAzza coffee 24 hours a day, free Wi-Fi and printing, lobby tablets and, of course, easy access to outlets.
Tru by Hilton aims to be a smart option for business travelers by opening properties in where major corporations are headquartered. The brand continued its growth this summer by breaking ground on its largest property to-date, located in Orlando, Florida. The hotel will be eight-stories and include 259-rooms. Tru by Hilton in Orlando will be located just south of the Orlando Convention Center and is expected to open the fall of 2019.
