The Farm Cooking School Blends a Unique Venue with Team-Building

What happens to magazine editors when their publication folds? If you’re Ian Knauer and Shelley Wiseman, you buy the farm— so to speak. Knauer and Wiseman, two former colleagues at Gourmet magazine, have teamed up to offer cooking lessons and unique events at Tullamore Farms, a working cattle and lamb farm in Stockton. The scenic drive along Route 29 to the Farm Cooking School’s classic country kitchen (complete with the requisite squeaky screen door) just might have you wondering, “Are we really in New Jersey?”
