
The Dearborn, a restaurant that serves up Midwestern fare and has been open since 2016 on North Dearborn Street in downtown Chicago, launched a second outlet at O’Hare International Airport’s Terminal 5 and named Executive Chef Aaron Cuschieri as its chef partner. Cuschieri has worked for The Dearborn since its inception and previously held culinary leadership roles at Chicago restaurants Alinea, Takashi, and Slurping Turtle. He also won the 2019 edition of Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay” and appeared on Bravo’s “Top Chef.”
