Just two hours north of Dallas/Fort Worth, Wichita Falls welcomes you with Texas-sized hospitality, modern amenities, and effortless accessibility. Nestled along the Red River, our city offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm—ideal for meetings, conventions, and events of every size. With connecting flights to DFW through our regional airport, getting here is easy—staying and exploring is even easier.

At the heart of our event offerings is the new full-service Delta Hotels by Marriott Wichita Falls Convention Center, located on-site at the Multi-Purpose Event Center (MPEC). This seamless setup means attendees can meet, stay, and play all in one walkable location. The Delta Hotel features 200 beautifully appointed rooms, a modern steakhouse and bar, a fitness center, and a refreshing pool. With 14,725 square feet of banquet space, it perfectly complements the MPEC’s impressive facilities.

The Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall offers 57,000 square feet of flexible floor space, two exhibit halls, 10 breakout rooms, and a 216-seat seminar room. The J.S. Bridwell Agricultural Center, connected by pedestrian bridge, includes a 50,000-square-foot stall barn and an indoor arena that seats 1,200. For large-scale events and entertainment, the Kay Yeager Coliseum provides a 120′ x 250′ arena floor and seating for up to 10,000 guests.

When the workday winds down, delegates can step into our revitalized downtown, where historic architecture meets modern energy. The Depot Square Historic District’s red-brick streets lead to local restaurants, cozy coffee shops, urban wineries, a brewery, unique retail, and vibrant entertainment—all within walking distance. Free parking throughout the city adds another layer of convenience.

To help your attendees make the most of their stay, our Wichita Falls app highlights local attractions, dining, and events to create an experience that extends well beyond the conference room.

Let us help you plan an event that shines as bright as our Texas skies.
