Co-founders Michael Heyne and Dominik Stein launched VERTS Mediterranean Grill in 2011 to bring fastcasual Mediterranean food to locations such as Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston. Now the restaurants will provide off-site catering at special events throughout Texas. Offerings include a full Mediterranean buffet for up to 200 people, as well as a boxed lunch for smaller working groups.
