The 60-acre location is still in development but will offer retail, restaurants, entertainment, office space and apartments all within the Brazos Valley.

Accommodations at Vintage Inn Refurbished

Vintage Inn in Yountville has wrapped up renovation of all 80 guest rooms, suites and villas. A color palette of white and blue grey and natu- ral wood tones carry out the country French décor that meshes with early California accents. Guest rooms are decorated with original photog- raphy that captures the beauty of California wine country and was shot by local Napa Valley artists. Accommodations feature intimate seating areas, custom-built armoires, cozy wood-burning fireplaces and private balconies or garden patios.

Natural and Vintage Tablescapes Add Whimsy to Events

AS FANS OF THE TV SERIES PORTLANDIA KNOW, the phrase "Put a bird on it" means adding an avian image to make something- especially a handcrafted item-more adorable. It could also serve as a motto of Los Angeles-based caterer Terri Wahl of Eagle Rock’s Auntie Em’s Kitchen Catering, an offshoot of her popular restaurant, Auntie Em’s Kitchen. Wahl is a pro at adding rustic chic and a bird or two (even some heritage chicken eggs from her own hens) to her seasonally minded tablescapes. Not surprisingly, brides embrace Wahl’s whimsical touches.
