Bremen's Wine & Tap in Denver opened its doors on Wednesday, June 21, serving brunch starting at 10 a.m., following with lunch, happy hour and dinner service, closing at 10 p.m. The team at the LoHi restaurant was very excited to open its doors, after months spent doing construction, training and tasting. Hilton's Xeros Washing System Revolutionizes Laundry Day

Who knew a laundry system could be so eco-friendly? Striving to grow their sustainability features, the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City installed the Xeros bead-based laundry system back in October 2014. In early March 2017, the hotel announced its good news—the Xeros polymer bead-based washing system, certified Gold in Green Seal's stringent GS-33 certification standard for lodging properties, has saved more than 2 million gallons of water year over year.

Wailea Beach Resort Revealed $100 Million Renovation

Wailea Beach Resort has completed their $100 million renovation, which made its debut in late December.

The 22-acre, updated resort will feature six culinary options, three pools, 547 updated rooms and suites, new indoor and outdoor event spaces, a fitness center and spa. The totally updated design is inspired by the resort’s proximity to the Wailea shoreline and has a clean, simplistic aesthetic.

Entertainment Cruises Boston announced their expansion with the addition of Boston Elite, a new charter yacht opening in Boston Harbor early next year.

AEG Releases 2016 Sustainability Report

At SXSW Eco, AEG announced their release of the 2016 AEG Sustainability Report. They also revealed their goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 2020.

The company is committed to reducing their eco-footprint. So far, they have been able to reduce emissions by 13 percent—an equivalent to eliminating 3,200 vehicles on the road.

Their goals for 2020 are to reduce GHG emissions by 3.2 percent per year, reduce potable water at water-stressed sites by 2.3 percent each year, and divert 70 percent of waste from landfill.
