Highline, a 116-room modern mountain resort, opened its doors in west Vail just in time for the 2019/2020 ski season. An elevated cabin-in-the woods aesthetic flows throughout the property, from the A-frame communal lobby and restaurant to cozy guest rooms and spacious loft suites. The interior features weathered woods, slate and leather accents in a palette of soothing neutrals and region- ally inspired art and fixtures. Highlights include 5,755 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space, a heated pool and hot tub, a fitness center and courtesy shuttle service to Vail Mountain. The hotel’s restaurant, Pivot62, has shareable plates and pizza from a wood-fired oven on the menu, while innovative cocktails fuel après ski at the property’s lobby bar, Handcrafted. Don’t miss out on the warm cookies that greet guests upon arrival!

In a continued effort to put the health and safety of their employees and visitors first and foremost, InterContinental - Houston Medical Center, the Texas A&M Health Science Center, and George R. Brown (GRB) Convention Center have all deployed the Integrated Viral Protection (IVP) Air system.

Are your Zoom work calls punctuated by the frenzied barking of your dog warning you of the shenanigans of a pesky squirrel? Do you long for the days when dressing up for work does not include choosing between pajamas and sweatpants? Are you tired of your office colleagues referring to you as “mom” or “dad” and refusing to pick up their rooms?
