White Lodging Taps Tabakian as VP of Food & Beverage

Tabakian now heads up the White Lodging food and beverage operations in ten states

White Lodging, a hospitality development and management company based in Merillville, Indiana, promoted Anne Tabakian to vice president of food and beverage. Tabakian played a critical role in the company’s leadership and success in the food and beverage space since she joined the company in 2016, most recently as corporate senior director of food and beverage. The company manages hotels, luxury ranches, and restaurants in 10 metropolitan areas, including Austin, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina; Chicago; Denver; Indianapolis; Knoxville, Tennessee; and Louisville, Kentucky.

Tabakian first joined White Lodging as a restaurant general manager in Austin, Texas, ultimately growing into senior corporate positions. She has been a cornerstone of White Lodging’s food and beverage concepts, from concept and menu development to training to compliance.

The heart of White Lodging’s food and beverage approach is its state-of-the-art test kitchen and deep branding expertise, which work together to deliver scratch-kitchen concepts and food that provide significant value to owners. White Lodging manages more than 50 restaurants.

Tabakian is supported by award-winning chefs, as well as beverage, restaurant operation, and marketing professionals who are hands-on in supporting new and existing concepts. White Lodging will introduce six new or rebranded food and beverage concepts to its portfolio this year.

Prior to joining White Lodging, Tabakian spent nearly a decade at two of the nation’s most respected restaurant groups: Uchi Restaurants in Austin, Texas, and Hillstone Restaurant Group in Santa Monica, California. She is a graduate of Nashville’s Vanderbilt University.
