
Led by Executive Chef Jason Cunningham, the culinary team at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin is elevating its banquet menus. Cunningham anchors his process on three distinct pillars: rotating menus every two weeks to ensure seasonal ingredients take the spotlight; creating dishes with both the kitchen and diner in mind to prioritize chef expertise and attendee experience; and refreshing plates throughout the year while maintaining familiarity. The latter is achieved by introducing additional ingredients or sides to a dish while retaining its original name on the menu. Cunningham’s efforts ensure both first-time and returning attendees gathering at the venue experience original, delicious fare.
