INGREDIENTS:
—1 oz. Buffalo Trace
—.5 oz. Peach Black Tea Cordial*
—.75 oz. grapefruit juice
—3 oz. sparkling wine
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients but wine into shaker.
2. Shake vigorously with ice.
3. Strain into flute, then top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint.
* Steep 4 ounces of peach liqueur with 2 ounces of black tea. Fold into 750 milliliters of peach liqueur. Rebottle for use.
